Over Willem Bossier Architecture:

In 2020, Willem Bossier started his own practice based in Ghent, Belgium. His intent is to conceptualise and create architecture in its purest form. It is the never-ending search for artfully crafted forms and spaces.

For some millennia, ‘the simple hut’ hasn’t met our ever-evolving and rising living standards anymore. Our current spatial demands change with every generation. Furthermore, the growing choice of materials and sometimes the lack thereof, forces a change in the way new constructions are being built. These developments make the architectural practice increasingly fascinating and exponentially complex. To thoughtfully coalesce raw materials and meticulous distill core values into a built form is to create that artful shelter.

To erect timeless and pure architecture is to work in unison. Through various activities such as an open dialogue with the benefactor, intense collaboration with administrative entities, diligent planning with contractors, honed craftmanship by artisans and our attention to detail; we strive to exceed the mere necessities of each project and to cross the border of built space into the realm of virtuous art.
