As someone who doesn’t usually enjoy working out, this gym has completely changed my mind. The trainers make every session something I genuinely look forward to. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

Des pros, tout simplement. Dan, Lucas et leurs collègues sont des coachs de très grande qualité. Ils ont l’œil sur tous les mouvements et leurs conseils sont fabuleusement efficaces. On ne retrouve pas cela ailleurs. Le programme d’accompagnement est 360. Tout est fait pour réussir le pari qui sera le vôtre!

I’ve been a member of this gym for about 6 months, and I’m still blown away by the results I’m achieving. This place is so much more than a regular gym — it’s a real transformation center. The progress you make here is unmatched. What sets it apart from others is undoubtedly the exceptional coaches they have. They are super encouraging and supportive and will not allow you to give up. If you show up, work hard, and trust them, you will see results beyond expectations. My coach, Tristan, is simply outstanding. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely encouraging.

Best thing I’ve taken on since 2024. Excellent !!!! Wish I had found earlier. Happy to go and feeling really good afterwards
