We used the company for moving from Belgium to Germany and were totally satisfied. In spite of Covid19 it was all very difficult to plan but their office staff, especially Maria, took care of everything. They answered all questions promptly, always the same day, sometimes within the hour. Very clear estimates, insurance papers and contract upfront, no hidden fees, very good pricing, good communication all around by Maria so that you always have a good feeling in a stressful time of planning an international move, the workers that came to the house to pack the goods were very friendly, careful, fast and efficient and had the entire house packed up within hours. The delivery in Germany was fast and efficient as well. There were no delays and no problems at all. We were so pleased and totally recommend RACS Moving.
