Established in 1970, ARROW Architecture and Engineering is a globally recognized firm based in Belgium. We specialize in a diverse range of architectural and engineering services, including urban master planning, infrastructures, civic and cultural buildings, offices and workplaces, hospitality and multi-residential buildings, interior and product design. Over the past four decades, our practice has evolved and expanded, with projects spanning across Western and Eastern Europe, Sub-Saharan and Central Africa, and the Middle East. Our international team comprises experienced professionals who bring their unique expertise in various design and project development fields. Our founder and manager, Willy Verstraete, is a distinguished figure in the industry. A graduate of Hoger Instituut voor Architectuur en Stedenbouw St. Lucas, Ghent, Belgium, he holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture, Town Planning, and Interior Design. He is also a founder and member of the interdisciplinary group “Gent Morgen” (“Ghent Tomorrow”) and IROS: Instituut voor Ruimtelijke Planning en Stedenbouw (Town Planning Institute). His affiliations include the Nationaal Architecten Verbond (National Architects’ Association), Orde van Architecten (Professional Architects’ Association), Commissie Museum voor Schone Kunsten (Fine Arts Museum Committee, Ghent), and “Archipel” (architecture & town planning organization).
