I purchased two tracksuits from maebe on the day of its launch, expecting high quality given the £300+ price tag for two tracksuits. After just one wear, the fabric showed excessive bobbling and deterioration, despite following all care instructions correctly. When I reached out to customer service, they initially admitted it was bobbling and even advised me to use a fabric shaver. However, when I pushed for a refund or replacement, they suddenly changed their stance, claiming it was now a snag caused by me, despite no rough handling. Their story kept shifting, making it clear they were unwilling to take responsibility for the poor quality of their product. As someone who has worked in customer resolution for years, I am shocked at how dismissive and inconsistent their responses have been. They refused to help, closed my case without resolution, and ignored my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For such an expensive purchase, I should not have to debobble after one wear or fight this hard for basic customer service. I will now be escalating my complaint to Trading Standards, the Retail Ombudsman, and Small Claims Court. If you’re considering purchasing from this brand, be warned—if your item develops a fault, you’ll be left with no support and a very expensive mistake.

ongelofelijke service bij Maebe en Co in Wolvertem, onderdeel van servatis. Zeer vriendelijk, correct en reageren altijd snel. Ik heb bij verschillende maatschappijen gezeten maar de service dat ik hier krijg heb ik nooit gehad! Hoedje af!
