About Elizabeth Van Den Bergh

From wanting to lead the class at kindergarten at the age of two to struggling in her teens and twenties with speaking up. It always fascinated her how one could make himself heard and engage others. She decided by age 35 to turn this challenge into her superpower. And made it her mission to help others become better speakers and leaders with a strong and positive vision.

She works with passionate individuals, companies and EU-related organizations to help their leaders learn to speak with more impact.

Her approach

Her approach to speaking is based on three pillars: confidence, content, and connection. Anyone can teach you tricks for powerful speaking and powerful presence. But if your power doesn’t come from within, your speech will be an act without authenticity. Confidence is working on who you are. Content is working on what you say. And connection is working on how you say it.

For each individual, Elizabeth starts by identifying strengths (for example, some of the greatest public speakers are introverts) and from this strong base, we tackle points for improvement.
