Argenta Wijnegem (Argenta Wijnegem - Griet Peeters BVBA)

An extremely unpleasant and negative experience. I have been a client of this bank for 2 years. I helped my relative open an account in this bank. The administrator opened a Silver account, and did not warn us about it (although we asked for a Green account). We did not notice this mistake right away - it was very unpleasant. I went to clarify what was needed to change the account to Green. The head of the bank Bart Moeyens said that my relative needed to come to the reception the next day in person. The next day I came with my relative to fix this, but in response Tanya van den Berg said that it was NOT POSSIBLE to open only the green account, since this is a budget tariff and their office will go bankrupt. That we have no right to claim a green account. No arguments about the fact that she made a mistake, that her head of the branch said something completely different made any sense. We were simply made fools! This is simply humiliating. If on the website and in the rules you have the right to choose your type of account, then here it is simply not! Is this aggressive marketing? At the same time, it is written everywhere that we have the right to choose it and it is accessible.
