Our architectural firm is acutely aware of the escalating impacts of climate change. We have been witnessing an increase in extreme weather events such as heatwaves, droughts, floods, wildfires, hurricanes, and tornadoes. We also ensure that our clients are fully aware of the potential risks associated with their projects. If a project site is at risk of future flooding or extreme weather events, we either document that a risk notice has been issued and the client has agreed to the warnings, or we choose not to proceed with the project.
