Dit bedrijf heeft bij ons werken uitgevoerd op een plat dak. De bedoeling was om dit stukje plat dak te voorzien van extra isolatie en nieuwe dakbedekking. Resultaat: - Ipv de randprofielen te vervangen (of hergebruiken) hebben ze gewoon de nieuwe randprofielen boven op de oude geplaatst - De bedekking lijkt wel een patch van stukken op elkander geplaatst, alsof er met overschotten gewerkt geweest is - Ipv de dakbedekking tegen de muur te bevestigen met profielen, hebben ze gewoon de oude bitumen afgesneden aan de muur en de nieuwe bedekking er onder geduwd (deze is niet eens bevestigd tegen de muur) - De bocht van de afvoer hebben ze gewoon verwijderd en ipv een nieuwe te plaatsen gewoon een gat in de gevel achtergelaten. Ze hebben hier welgeteld een halve dag aan gewerkt, en het resultaat is er ook naar. Het dak zag er een stuk beter uit voor de weken. Résultat : - Au lieu de remplacer (ou de réutiliser) les profilés de bordure, ils ont simplement posé les nouveaux profilés par-dessus les anciens. - La couverture ressemble à un patchwork de morceaux superposés, comme si des restes avaient été utilisés - Au lieu de fixer la couverture au mur à l'aide de profilés, ils ont simplement découpé l'ancien bitume sur le mur et glissé la nouvelle couverture en dessous (celle-ci n'est même pas fixée au mur) - Ils ont simplement retiré le coude de l'évacuation et, au lieu d'en installer un nouveau, ils ont laissé un trou dans la façade. Ils ont travaillé exactement une demi-journée sur ce chantier, et le résultat est à l'avenant. Le toit était en bien meilleur état avant les travaux. This company carried out work on a flat roof for us. The intention was to provide this section of flat roof with extra insulation and new roofing. Result: - Instead of replacing (or reusing) the edge profiles, they simply placed the new edge profiles on top of the old ones. - The covering looks like a patchwork of pieces placed on top of each other, as if they had used leftovers. - Instead of attaching the roofing to the wall with profiles, they simply cut off the old bitumen on the wall and pushed the new covering underneath (it is not even attached to the wall). - They simply removed the bend in the drain and, instead of installing a new one, just left a hole in the facade. They worked on this for exactly half a day, and the result is evident. The roof looked a lot better before the work was done.
